As an Aftersales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the aftersales department, focusing on driving performance and ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service across our split site workshop. Role Responsibilities

As Aftersales Manager, you will:

  • Drive the performance of the aftersales operation, encouraging your team to work cohesively and efficiently.
  • Manage the aftersales department, which includes technicians, workshop control, parts, and front of house service advisors.
  • Ensure all customer aftersales needs are met promptly, and service standards are consistently high.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and budgets whilst ensuring all repairs are fully compliant and warranty reporting is completed.
  • Focus on people management, maintaining customer satisfaction metrics and motivating your team to upsell products effectively.
